Lesson 2
Novelty, Creativity, Innovation and Invention
As my opinion in Lesson 1, creativity is the ability to create a new idea. Almost everything which include in human behavior are involve the creativity, from music to communication. Actually, during the development of human behaviour, people eliminate a lot of new idea because they didn’t have the value in real life using, or they just looked perfect on paper. In order to be CREATIVE, the idea must be proved and recognised as useful, and then changed the way of human doing something. Example, the idea of movable-type printing changed the way human recording events and spreading the intelligence or news.
Innovation is to bring new ideas to make changes. Finding a problem and coming out with a solution are the first process, basically this is a process making ideas believable into practical reality. It is also a process where ideas is making into goods or services that people would happy to accept and choose it.
Novelty is the quality of being new. Something is novelty to some specific kind of people. It is essentially exist in the subjective perceptions of the individuals.
